Development of a vibrationless sorting system

Aim of study: Size classification is essential in many industrial processes. Most classical sorting systems use vibrations as a means function. In this study, vibration-free system called helical cylindrical screen has been developed against the disadvantages vibrating and proposed to be used crop seeds.Area Adana City, Turkey.Material methods: The movement seed mass on surface was formulated along circular-helical paths analytically expressed, leading some operational parameters for evaluation design.
